Reporting to the Modern Workplace Service Delivery Lead, he/she will carry out the following tasks:
M365 Design and Architecture
- Administers M365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneNote, etc.
- Provisions sites and accounts, storage capacity, and oversees management of the provisioning process, using any tools provided to facilitate the process.
- Continually develops the processes and policies for provisioning
- Promotes optimal useability of M365 services.

Governance & Security
- Works closely with the IT Information Security team, prioritizing safety of the firm’s people, systems and content.
- Continually evaluates opportunities to improve our people’s experience of technology, preferably in a scalable, providing training if required.

Automation and Continuous Improvement
- Promotes use of the data available via the Microsoft admin portal to identify areas of untapped benefit, and to foster our continuing path towards a data-driven organization.
- Monitors Microsoft's roadmap for upgrades to M365 services.

Advanced Technical Support
- Monitor the operation of managed services

support for functional requests relating to M365 collaboration services.
- Follow-up on Microsoft Service alerts

**Your profile**:
Functional:

- In-depth understanding of IT Modern Workplace Service Strategy and Service Design, including good understanding on IT Service Delivery et usage of external factories.
- Expertise of M365 environment, Experience with Intune deployment and also products lines like IAM or Endpoint & Asset Management, from Hardware to Software (Certifications will be appreciated)
- Capacity to understand the current state, define the target by identifying the gaps between the two states and developing approaches to close these gaps in an effective and structured manner.
- Technical understanding of IT infrastructure products like Network or Systems & Hosting and services including cyber-security related area(s).
- Good understanding on how key IT infrastructure components integrate and work together to ensure downstream quality during the end-to-end product / service development and deployment including how key operational aspects are constructed for reliability, resiliency and redundancy.
- Experienced in appropriate architecture development methodologies, as well as in project management disciplines.
