To support the continuous improvement of our operations in **North America,**we are looking for a **Process & Lean Management Intern** to help structure and optimize internal workflows across key departments.

**Missions**:
Based in our **Wellington (FL)**office and reporting to the local operations management, you will work **cross-functionally**with the **Sales Administration, Supply Chain, After-Sales, and Business Support**teams. Your main objective**:analyze, standardize and improve processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.**

This is a 12 month minimum internship, with an anticipated start date of October 2025.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Analyzing current operational workflows and identifying inefficiencies or areas for improvement
- Participating in the implementation of **Lean tools and methods** (5S, standardization, visual management, etc.)
- Writing and deploying **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**:

- Assisting in the design and tracking of **performance indicators (KPIs)**:

- Supporting and co-leading** continuous improvement projects** across teams
- Participating in internal audits and contributing to corrective action plans
- Assist the departments with the change of ERP

**Job Requirements**:

- You are pursuing a degree in engineering, supply chain, industrial management, or similar, with a focus on Lean, methods, or operations
- You are looking for a long-term internship (12 months+) or gap year experience
- You are analytical, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English - French or Spanish is a plus
- An interest in the equestrian world is appreciated but not required
