IT Sourcing

The IT Sourcing & Contract Manager has primary operational responsibility for the Agreement(s) and monitors all Supplier Deliverables and commitments. Managing the end-to-end lifecycle process of the Agreement(s), from development through to execution and termination. The IT Sourcing & Contract Manager coordinates Contract Changes (incl. evaluation, negotiations, contract-management approval, physical update of contract, etc.) and internal and external communication regarding the Agreement(s) and the Supplier relationship. You will form the key interface between defined client functions and the Supplier, ensuring input (e.g. business and compliance requirements) and participation in decision making such as review and approval of Deliverables or mitigating actions. Current challenges include the implementation of the operationalization of the contract with Allianz Technology (AzTech) and establishing all contract management processes together with the counterparts on AzTech side. Future Challenges include: Driving contract compliance and ensuring on-time and quality delivery of all AZ Partners and AzTech deliverables and obligations as agreed in the contract. With the group wide "Gearshift" program, there will be opportunities and requirements to amend the current contract to establish harmonization and standardization where necessary between existing contract and a "Gearshift" contract. **What you do** - Guiding development and maintenance of procedures, tools and templates for Contract Management processes, as well as facilitating timely problem resolution of contractual issues to minimize impact of service disruptions on AZ Partners - Answering contract questions and maintaining the contract manual plus an FAQ log, initiating administrative tasks and updates, reviewing and approving requests for contractual changes and deliverables in compliance with the Agreement, also verifying that processes are managed in accordance with the Service Management and Governance Manual - Obtaining final approvals of required client stakeholders for contract changes and deliverable acceptance - Working closely with legal department to obtain advice and guidance on legal matters and implications, as well as managing overall compliance with contractual terms & conditions - Managing Deliverables & Obligations Tracker, establishing a process for D&O tracking, assigning D&O responsibilities and managing the Client and Supplier compliance with obligations on an ongoing basis - Managing the end-to-end lifecycle process of Contract Change from development through to execution, including obtaining the relevant stakeholder approvals, as well as providing support for contractual issue/dispute resolution - Managing the Subcontractor Approval Process with IT Provider and Business Units, also ensuring that all terms and conditions of the agreement are satisfied, contractual constructs are fit for the purpose and risks are mitigated - Supervising the commercial relationship with AzTech, incl. integrity of the pricing schedules and mechanisms and ensuring they are fit for the purpose **What you bring** - Knowledge of AZ Partners business environment, service requirements and culture in order to be able to estimate the business, contractual and financial impact of new services - Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple ways, problem solver and self-motivated - Independently follow-up with stakeholders to aid in solution development - Stakeholder management: ability to influence, guide and build relationships at a senior level within AZP - Extensive experience as an IT Service Provider or consulting background, understanding of process costs, ability to work with Clients and Service Providers to ensure effective operations, specific experience in managing contract administration aspects of outsourcing transactions, including contract change requests, contract deliverable and obligations, contract interpretation, service level management, financials, and overall governance - ITIL Foundation preferred **What we offer** Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
