**Le contexte**

Nous développons une plateforme SaaS qui automatise la conformité des systèmes d’intelligence artificielle. Notre solution s’appuie sur des **LLM open-source**, une **architecture RAG**, des **agents IA spécialisés** et des **connecteurs avec les outils métiers existants**.

Notre produit repose sur:

- des **LLMs open-source**:

- une **architecture RAG modulaire**:

- des **agents IA spécialisés par métier**:

- des **connecteurs avec les outils d’entreprise** (Notion, Slack, Github, etc.)

Nous cherchons un **développeur backend expérimenté**, à l’aise avec les architectures distribuées, les workflows LLM, l’event sourcing, et capable de participer à la **construction et structuration du produit**.

**Stack technique**
- **Backend** : Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, RAG, messaging system
- **Infra** : Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observabilité, cloud (scalable dès le POC)
- **Frontend (support)** : React, TS, Tailwind

**Ta mission**

Tu travailleras **main dans la main avec les fondateurs** sur:
1. **Architecture produit & scalabilité**
- Concevoir une architecture backend modulaire avec agents et connecteurs IA
- Industrialiser les pipelines LLM (RAG, prompt orchestration, logs )
- Mettre en place une architecture orienté évènement (messaging : queueing/broker/worker)

2. **Développement des agents IA & connecteurs**
- Implémenter des agents spécialisés (audit IA, conformité, génération de livrables)
- Développer des connecteurs vers les outils métiers des clients

3. **Mise en place des fondations techniques**
- Structuration des bases de données, monitoring, gestion des logs/errors
- Participation aux choix techniques long terme (infra, architecture, sécurité)

**Profil recherché**
- **5+ ans d’expérience** en développement backend Python / SaaS
- Connaissance solide des **LLMs**, **RAG**, et APIs de modèles open-source ou commerciaux
- Très à l’aise avec la conception technique, les workflows distribués, les intégrations API
- Code structuré, testé, documenté
- Goût pour le produit, l’autonomie, les défis early-stage
- Une expérience en startup ou produit from scratch est un + très apprécié
