**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Specify and write test cases, creates, modify and update existing tests, write and maintain test scripts
- Contribute to expanding test coverage, monitoring daily test results, and diagnosing root causes of test failures
- Be an active and flexible team member, ensuring the success of our projects
- Create test plans, participate in defect management and testing metrics
- Work in a variety of computing environments: Windows, Linux

**Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience**
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 2 years of experience, or MS with no experience
- Programming experience in Python
- Experience with Pytest and writing the unit, integration and end-to-end test using Pytest framework
- Experience with different software delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum etc.
- Experience with Front-end (UI) automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and to collaborate with others in a geographically distributed team

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Technical knowledge and experience with standard software engineering practices such as CI/CD
- Experience with automated test frameworks such as Pytest/Junit
- Basic understanding of Docker and containerization concepts
- Experience in a large-scale commercial software testing and verification environment
- Basic knowledge of the database such as PostgreSQL

Knowledge of debugging the existing test scripts using VS code or similar tool
