Overall Mission The Warehouse Agent handles customer requests for all products and equipment (e.g. CryoGlobe, Credo, Dry Shippers, integrators, Glace...) in compliance with procedures and safety rules. Main Contribution- Prepare and fill packaging- Load and unload customer orders- Greet customers and suppliers during loading and unloading of goods- Carry out the necessary checks when receiving boxes, preparing orders and dispatching shipments (checking shipments to ensure compliance with our contractual and regulatory commitments).- - Ensure the quality of customer service by carrying out consistency checks between the preparation slip and the product to be dispatched.- Respect safety rules (wearing PPE, certifications, etc.)- Keep workstations clean, tidy and tidy.- Carry out inventories **Required Skills**: CACES Dry ice Handling nitrogen Specific Experience & Knowledge Required - Knowledge of CRYOPDP's full range of products and services, with particular expertise in procedures and commitments relating to operations - Rigor, sense of quality and safety - Versatility - Committed to continuous improvement and change Interpersonal skills ("Essential") Compliance with safety instructions - Respect for work schedules - Sense of customer service - Team spirit - Commitment - Enthusiasm
