THE ROLE

**Mission**:
This role supports the France Head of PR & IM manager & France Prestige Marketing Director in building France skin portfolio PR/influencer marketing strategy, with a strong focus on PR to drive brand awareness and visibility in key titles.

The Senior project Manager requires the ability to work closely with the direct manager based in Paris offices, and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments, such as Marketing, Media & Digital teams, DTC teams.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage, develop, and execute France skin portfolio PR & Influencer marketing activities to maximize press coverage, digital awareness and positive consumer engagement
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and implement PR strategies with the ability to think out of the box; implement & maximize thanks to global guidance:
Editorial press and influencer marketing
PR activations
Influencer and PR local events
Ambassador activations
Calendars/Local Activation Timelines
Work closely with the Digital & media teams to ensure a 360-degree partnership for print, digital and social media coverage
Oversee day-to-day budget management and supplier payments
Track, analyze, and monitor monthly print press, digital & influencers coverage results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy
Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

**Skills & experience required**:
Bachelor’s degree
5/6+ years of relevant beauty PR experience at local level ( in France )
Good network with media / journalists as well as influencers
Experience in PR agency on skincare portfolio is a plus
Experience in high end skincare
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate across the organization at all levels
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details
Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task
Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential nature
Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing
Has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas
Hard-working, team player, and passionate about the beauty industry
Fluent in French and in English
