Channel Reporting

**Role Overview**:
The Channel Reporting & Analytics Specialist is part of the EMEA Channel Operations team, a team of professionals that interacts with our Channel community to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

In this role she/he will be responsible of a set of specific and documented reports to be delivered weekly, monthly and quarterly.

All of these reports (and their quality) are key for the Channel business to run smoothly.

She/he will be in charge of the collection of the POS and Inventory reports from FTNT distributors, managing also the relationship with our external data cleaning agency.

To find appropriate information, he/she will have to be in touch with different departments within Fortinet (Operations, Finance, Technical, IT ) located in the US Silicon Valley headquarters, the Sophia Antipolis EMEA headquarters, and other regional offices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle report creation and data cleaning.
- Support the internal team with data processing and accuracy checks
- Thoroughly gathering information, accessing and fulfilling internal customer needs.
- Maintain process documentation by updating it when necessary
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

**Mandatory Required Skills**:

- Proven data collection and analytics experience, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability & Initiative
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- English
- Knowledge and understanding of channel/indirect sales would be a plus
