**Channel Sales Administrator - SMB, EMEA role**
Role Overview:
This role is ideally suited to an individual with a sales operations and data skills background, preferably in an international company, with ambitions to join and flourish in a market leading cybersecurity vendor. This position would also suit a new graduate looking to start a career in the technology / cybersecurity industry and ready to embrace a new challenge.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the implementation of SMB business development initiatives, and analyze their market impact
- Analyze SMB Channel sales, Fortinet Partner performance and identify gaps and growth opportunities
- Support Channel Account Managers across EMEA with reporting and analysis
- Ensure Channel Account Managers are aware of the available tools and are proficient in their use
- Calculation of quarterly targets by market segment
- Communicate and collaborate with Fortinet stakeholders and different teams across the business such as Operations, Marketing and Pricing
- Verify and coordinate with internal teams to ensure channel sales data is accurate
- Pro-actively provide suggestions to make improvements to processes and procedures
- Work closely with the Channel Marketing Team to assist in calculating ROI of SMB Channel Marketing campaigns
**Required Skills**:
- Advanced Excel
- Data collection / analysis knowledge
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional organizational & administration skills
- Adaptability, flexible in approach to work
- Initiative, enthusiasm and tenacity
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to learn, use and retain new skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Fluent in both spoken and written English - additional languages would be a plus
- Good Standard of competency in MS Office & MS Outlook & Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Salesforce & Tableau would be a plus
