The Garden Academy is an innovative English immersion school for children located in Paris, with schools in the 15th, 7th, and 5th. We use experimentation, play, and intrinsic motivation to encourage children to use English through a range of disciplines, including arts, music, STEM, and more. Our native and first-language English-speaking education team specializes in positive education, creating a space where children gain resilience and a love of learning in harmony with their personal development and environment.

**Role Description**

The Kindergarten teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, executing lessons, teaching, managing the classroom environment and communication with students. The teacher will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating students' progress and adapting instruction to suit students' needs.

Teachers are given non-contact time on Wednesdays and throughout the week to ensure they have adequate time to undertake teacher responsibilities.

**Qualifications**
- Teaching and education experience
- Lesson planning and classroom management skills
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
- Experience teaching young children and designing engaging activities
- Ability to monitor and evaluate students' progress and adapt instruction to a variety of levels and ages
- Experience with positive education & communication is a big plus
- Need to be a team player, able to work well with other personalities
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
- Valid working visa to work in France

- Possess a working visa or European Union papers.
- Educational background: Bachelor of Education, CAP petite enfance, TOFEL, TEFL, or Masters in Education, BAFA, BPJEPS
- Experience: minimum three years in a similar position.
