**Position Snapshot**
- Fixed term contract - 6 months
- Nestle Purina Petcare - Issy Les Moulineaux (92)
- Msc industrial Engineer / Bsc Electrical Engineer / mechanical engineer or technical scientific discipline
- You have experience in the corresponding technical field, preferably in the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry

**Position summary**:
As a Design Packaging Engineer, you will have to manage Complex projects and act as a reference technical expert for the community.

Act as a Single Point of Contact for TAP team, following and coaching the team on project management rules and being responsible for the global TAP project scheduling/scope/deliverables for a major project he/she is involved in and aligning scope with various stakeholders of the project.

Be a role model for the team, responsible of the Engineers level I & level II coaching - together with the TAP Manager.

Be a Mentor for Factory & Project Team staff by providing guidance and help to maintenance teams, project engineers, production teams.

**A day in the life of a Design Packaging Engineer role**:

- **
Demonstrate & Lead Right Quality competencies**: Deliver Process design in accordance with NPPE GMP & Hygienic Design pratices. Be the reference on the team for Hygienic Design practices
- ** Ensure Right Cost competencies**: Support factory trials for validating new product / new pack
- Follow and ensure the level I Engineers on Right Cost.
- ** Demonstrate Right Speed competencies**: Support level I Engineers in their performance on Right Speed / Be the Single Point of Contact for a major project and ensure that TAP team is achieving Milestones and aligning details with stakeholders of the project
- ** Right Place**: Support factory Master plans and other technical studies, covering product ranges, production lines and manning, future production capacities / Concept layouts and the capital investments required / Follow and ensure the level I Engineers on Right Place
- ** Right Product**: Deliver and support innovation and renovation program
- ** Right Expertise**: Maintain, transfer across NPPE and develop the corresponding Engineering core Competence of his/her expertise, including Experts networking, training and skills assessments / Be a reference for the business on his field of expertise
- ** Total Compliance, being a role model**: Ensure Processes & Equipments in his/her area of competence are safe for people, products and environment, in line with all corresponding local / Nestlé regulations.
