**Your mission**:
As a Product Manager in our scaling product team, you will:

- be a **product representative**
- by contributing to the **execution** of the product strategy and roadmap,
- being the representative of the **customer voice** through Agile ceremonies (demos, PI plannings and other cross-team events),
- translating **customer needs **into a realistic product execution plan (short-mid-long term),
- embracing the organizational shift, moving towards a more mature **agile product delivery** organization
- be a **member** of the growing product management **organization** by
- taking part to the product management team as such, by contributing to **regular sync up** and **knowledge sharing** sessions,
- linking leadership decisions with t**he right prioritized product milestones,**:

- coordinating with **external stakeholders** and contributors to ensure requirements, roadmap and team(s) capacitie(s) are aligned
- be part of a center of excellence on**market specifics** to help define **Kbrw** **product positioning** considering Kbrw’s vision and **competitive solutions** on the market

**Your profile**:
What do we require from you?
- Engineering/business school degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- +3 years of experience in agile product management as Product Owner and/or Train Product Manager
- Experience working on large delivery programs (ability to navigate in complex IT environment/SaaS)
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Safe is a plus)
- Ability to collaborate

- Fluent French
- English written and verbal communication
