We are currently looking for an **HSE Manager** to join our project team in the Middle East Area.
The **HSE Manager** is responsible for continuously monitoring and adapting safety procedures and operations to ensure a safe and fully compliant work environment for all employees.
**Key Responsibilities**
Work closely with the stakeholders including the contractors and the operators
Facilitating risk assessment for construction processes and tasks described in the work instructions
Reviewing safety-critical work instructions
Collecting lessons learned from projects and providing knowledge sharing sessions to the engineering department
Supporting Line Management in managing corrective and preventive Health and Safety incidents
Developing standardized safety approaches to baseline construction data as well as strategies to continuously improve our safety standards
Knowledge sharing and competence upgrade of the documentation team
**Requirements**:
Degree in safety engineering and/or other relevant engineering disciplines
At least 10 years of experience in engineering safety
Previous full automated metro experience (GOA4)
Great command of English
Detailed understanding of risk assessment methodologies
Previous experience in international rail projects
Excellent communication skills
