**MANAGER HSE REGIONAL (F/H)**

Poste indifféremment basé en France car supposant 70 % de déplacement

Rattaché hiérarchiquement au Directeur des Operations, vous animez votre périmètre en renforçant le niveau d’exigence des sites de production sur les sujets HSE.

A ce titre, votre mission s’articule autour des deux éléments suivants:
1. La mise en œuvre de la politique, des directives et des outils HSE auprès des Directeurs HSE des sites, mais aussi auprès des Directeurs d’usines, en faisant preuve de leadership et en apportant un support technique aux équipes opérationnelles, au plus près de leurs enjeux.

2. Challenger vos interlocuteurs sur site afin d’insuffler positivement, de renforcer, et influencer la culture HSE : préparer et présenter des briefings, des plans d'action et des rapports selon les besoins, analyser les données statistiques pour déterminer les tendances et les actions correctives, etc...

Profil recherché

H/F, de formation bac+5, vous présenter une expérience de 7 ans minimum acquise soit en responsabilité HSE d’un site de production, soit à une fonction HSE multisite dans un siège, une région ou une BU. Cette expérience a été réalisé au sein d’un environnement industriel dynamique et en mouvement.

Vous êtes doté d’un excellent leadership en matière d’HSE, savez animer un réseau international tout en comprenant les enjeux opérationnels.
