**You are sure to enjoy these tasks**:

- Managing and monitoring payroll from the employee's entry to their final settlement, including recovery via our interface and the calculation of payroll variables, time processing and I/P, all in compliance with legislation and collective agreements (DSN, AT, sickness, social security declarations, etc.).
- Ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, DPAE, absences, mutual insurance, provident funds, first-level disciplinary measures in support of HR managers, etc.).
- Act as a local HR liaison to answer questions from managers and employees.
- Work with powerful tools: Horoquartz (GTA), CEGEDIM - TEAMSRH (payroll), Talentsoft (HRIS)Support the HR team and act as back-up for the compensation and social security advisor.
- Fluency in English would be an advantage for interacting with international teams, but it is not essential to be perfectly fluent.
