**Summary of the Job objectives**
You report to the Senior Governance & Executives Compensation & Benefits Manager and support the strategy of the Worldline Group.
The role is a cross countries one and you will be part of a wider team of Compensation & Benefits Experts.
**Responsibilities and main activities**:
- Support the preparation of the Universal Registration Document and General Assembly, including coordination with all relevant stakeholders;
- Support the launch of any Employee shareholding plan, including:
- Support in the creation of the communication package and local documentation to be prepared and in the verification of documentation;
- Support in the coordination of the communication with local plan officers as well as with external providers;
- Support in the configuration and testing of the subscription website.
- Support the management of ongoing Long Term Incentives Plans at Group level, including reporting for Finance, auditors, Universal Registration Document;
- Support **ad-hoc projects** such as implementation of new programs and new policies, mergers and acquisitions.
**Experience**
You have a Master’s degree (traineeship is fine as well)
**Technical skills**
- Strong excel and analytical skills
- Detailed oriented, result-driven and creative
- Autonomy, rigour, confidentiality, pedagogy
- Good capacity of working in a fast-paced environment
- Good ability to work in a multi country environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
