Ensure outreach activities in ESA MS: France, Luxembourg, Belgium by:

- Ensuring operational liaison with national space agencies (CNES in particular) for coordination of common outreach initiatives
- Liaising with the Branding and Partnerships Office to facilitate potential expansion of Partnerships within these Member States
- Promoting coordinated outreach events by writing articles for both the Intranet and the ESA portal, as well as draft project/final reports
- Supporting in the creation of the national web pages on the ESA Portal in liaison with the responsible of Digital Outreach
- Supporting outreach activities of the ESA astronauts of France, Luxembourg, Belgium nationalities in close collaboration with EAC.
- Supporting events organisation (national events and - upon request of the Exhibitions Coordination Officer - international ones) in line with identified priorities
- Coordinating in collaboration with the Production and Management Support Division Communication Assistant the potential participation of external communicators network to these events.
- Support HQ outreach activities by:

- Organizing and implement potential outreach events at establishment level as well as HQ visits for general public (and schools) by coordinating in liaison:

- with the service provision for HQ local and logistic activities, all related logistic support and activities such as action lists preparation, related meeting, agenda organization, follow up of open actions and documentation management, periodical update and distribution of the HQ news on the existing display systems,
- with the Head of Establishment secretary, the management of the flow of visit requests, liaison with security personnel, staff lectures, distribution of information material
- Ensure, in liaison with the Print and Merchandising Office, promotional/merchandising material availability for HQ events and visits, and liaise adequately with the HQ ESA Space Shop when needed.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field;
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience;
- High proficiency with modern electronics office automation tools, in particular Microsoft Office suite, videoconferencing/communication tools (Microsoft Teams) and electronic mailing (Outlook);
- Ability to communicate with industry counterparts in the execution of the project-specific tasks;
- Capacity to identify priority actions and handle high workloads;
- Familiarity with ESA working environment in a similar position is a distinct advantage;
- Easy contact with personnel and well-balanced autonomy in the execution of the requested tasks;
- High level of flexibility as well as initiative and team spirit;
- Rigor, commitment, and reliability in the execution of the assigned tasks;
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
- Proficiency in French, both written and spoken, is a strong asset;
