To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an **SEO Outreach Specialist**to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence by driving growth through the acquisition of high-quality backlinks. The primary focus will be on leveraging digital PR strategies, with close collaboration with our internal PR team, to secure valuable mentions and coverage. Additionally, a strategic approach to link building will be employed to further optimize our site's visibility and authority in the digital landscape.

AS A SEO OUTREACH SPECIALIST YOU WILL:
- Develop and Implement Digital PR Strategies: Craft and execute effective digital PR campaigns in collaboration with the internal PR team to secure quality mentions, features, and backlinks from reputable online sources.
- Conduct Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct regular competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for link acquisition.
- Outreach and Relationship Building: Foster relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and industry leaders to enhance link-building opportunities and establish the brand as an authoritative voice in the industry.
- Boost link growth: Develop and implement a strategic approach to link building, ensuring a balanced and ethical acquisition of backlinks to supplement organic growth efforts.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Utilize SEO tools to track the performance of offsite efforts, analyze data, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, showcasing the impact on organic search rankings and traffic.
- Collaborate with Content Team: Work closely with the content team to align offsite strategies with on-site content creation, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive approach to SEO.

️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Professional proficiency in Italian
- At least 5+ years of experience in the same role
- A deep understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and the evolving landscape of digital PR.
- Proven experience in working with agencies, managing resources and deliverables.
- A proven track record of successfully executing offsite SEO strategies and building a diverse portfolio of high-authority backlinks.
- Analytical skills that enable you to identify link-building opportunities, assess competitor landscapes, and implement effective outreach campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with internal PR teams and external stakeholders.
