Sales Administration Coordinator Too Faced

**Qualifications**:

- BAC +5
- 0-2 years' experience
- English Fluent
- Previous experience in Finance, Audit or Accounting is a plus

**Sales Planning and Analysis**:

- Update and improve a battery of weekly and monthly reporting's, on retail, net, gross sales, stock coverage and NPD data
- Analyze data, provide insights to support strategic decision-making and support the team with ad-hoc analysis for presentations
- Support the annual budgeting process, working closely with Brand Director, FP&A manager and department heads to establish sales targets
- Provide commercial teams with expected retail sales target by quarter and support in defining targets by stores
- Maintain accuracy of databases (product status, stock, pricing, retail sales) and be point of contact for SAP / Power BI data, working closely with the affiliates to ensure a correct data loading

**Invoicing & Accounting**:

- Develop and manage monthly tracking of cost & expenses, by account, cost center, looking for explanations with the departments heads, and including tracking of open and closed PO’s
- Support the preparation of detailed estimate submissions with Brand team to track headcount, costs, SKU orders of GWP, Samples, etc.
- Manage SAP tracking of OPEX and CAPEX transactions and processes, including create in SAP the New Door projects and coordinate the process with Affiliates
- Ensure and adapt reporting processes to each market and channels, to ensure all SAP transactions are reflected in the correct doors, channels, cost centers and GL accounts

**Retailers**:

- Track & approve COOP invoices on SAP
- Track, code, approve dilution invoices_ _(Staff/Discount/testers)
- Maintain, update & communicate accrual tracker to affiliates
- External vendors _(Marketplace)_
- Create vendors
- Create POs & vendor communication
- Approve PO/Do Goods receipt/Service sheet
- Track PO/Invoice until payment
- Solve invoicing issues
- Ensure a precise follow-up according to estimate key financial moment

**Support on No charge orders**_(samples/gratis)_
- Review order forms
- Check SAP for stock/status
- Manage inventory of product stock at Crystal Park
