**YOUR POSITION AND LIFE AT HENNER**

Henner provides administration services to the clients of the international insurance partners such as administrative services, access to a worldwide network of medical providers, technical and actuarial support, technology solutions, etc.

The role of the Global Partnership department is to provide account management services to the international insurers/brokers and be their main point of contact to ensure their satisfaction and support their growth.

In charge of your own existing portfolio, as an Account Coordinator, you will manage the entire customer relationship with your partners to create proximity, statisfaction and growth : from designing the governance strategy to monitoring the implemented actions, through ensuring the contractual follow up.

You will work hand in hand with your partners and bring support and expertise for all significant events throughout the year (invitation to tender, new projects, and renewal discussions, etc.).

Your position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

**REQUIRED PROFILE**:
You have at least 5 years experience in the insurance sector (ideally with international exposure). You have good relationship skills both with internal and external stakeholders and can manage transversal relations.

You are thorough, organised and have an eye for detail, you are also results oriented and have proven skills to adapt to change and build trusted relationships.

You are a team player, can actively listen and have a commercial feeling that will help you succeed in your role.

You speak English fluently, and ideally other languages including French, and you easily adapt to a multicultural workplace.
