**CONTRACT**: 1 year temporary contract
**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Group Tax Department, you will work within the Transfer Pricing department and report to the Transfer Pricing Manager. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects involving tax consulting, planning, audits and litigation, and transfer pricing compliance.
**RESPONSIBILITES**:
**Your main tasks**:
- Facilitating interactions between the tax team and support/operational teams (conducting and monitoring functional analysis interviews, setting up guidelines to simplify processes and information feedback, creating/updating/adapting testing matrices)
- Raising awareness of transfer pricing issues among support/operational teams prior to tax audits, through targeted communication/training of concerned persons
- Management of tax audits in France and abroad: defense of policies and preparation of documentation to be provided to auditors
- Assisting M&A teams with reorganization projects, ensuring that the transfer pricing policy envisaged is well-founded
- Review of intra-group contracts from a transfer pricing perspective
**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- You hold a Masters’ degree from a business school or university (economics / management / taxation / audit / accounting), and have at least 3 years' significant experience in transfer pricing, ideally in a law firm
- A pedagogical, methodical and proactive profile
- Interest in financial control and operational aspects
- Team spirit
- Ability to communicate, listen and advise
- Ability to analyze and summarize, excellent writing skills
- Fluency in English essential, given the international context
- Excellent command of Excel
- Knowledge of Amadeus / Orbis databases is a plus
