Technical Project Manager

In Continental Europe we are active in 7 countries, including offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan and Paris.

We are currently looking for a new colleague in Asset Management for our office in Paris. Due to our rapid growth combined with the efforts we provide to continuously improve our current portfolio, we are looking for a Technical Project manager whose principal responsibility will be to organise, follow up and deliver upgrades (solar panels, heath pumps, batteries, and other construction upgrades) on the current portfolio.

**More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to**:

- In coordination with the head of Portfolio Management, managing and carrying out all the actions on the portfolio that could improve and bring value to the building and notably in terms of sustainability topics:

- Assessing if building permits or Environmental permits (ICPE) are needed for the planed works;
- Tendering, selecting and signing the contracts of the external stakeholders needed to edit the permits requests needed;
- Editing the tender package of the construction works in line with Goodman standards;
- Carefully selecting the contractors, following up on the offers and placing orders;
- Organising the works, maintaining the communication flow with the contractors and with the tenants;
- Execute the works while keeping an eye out for the repercussions on the tenants;
- Ensuring all works are compliant with the latest regulations;
- Taking over the works and following up the snags;
- Verifying the as built files have been updated according to the works done.

**Do you recognize yourself?**:

- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal);
- Relevant experience in Logistics or Industry Real Estate and Project Management
- Experience in sustainability projects in France (installation of solar panels, heath pumps, batteries, EV charging poles installation);
- Advanced Excel skills;
- ICPE regulation knowledge
- Customer service focus;
- Initiative and problem solving;
- Sharing knowledge and teamwork;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Interested in working on transversal projects across the French and European team;
- Professionalism in all aspects of the work both verbal and demeanour;
- Understanding of the company’s business activities and initiative and effectiveness shown in the role.
