***Job description***:
We are seeking a Technical IT Project Manager to join our Internal IT team. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company by leading and implementing key IT projects. You will contribute to the team's capabilities by demonstrating excellent organization and communication skills, technical competence, personal initiative, and the ability to own and drive projects forward. This position reports to the Head of IT.

**What will you do?**
- Manage internal IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., System Interconnection, password manager replacement, Google Drive backup, laptop recycling initiatives, transversal communication management,).
- Identify and address support needs across various teams (finance, sales, HR).
- Enhance IT awareness and the adoption of tools within the organization by organizing enablement sessions.
- Document, communicate, launch and monitor IT technical evolutions.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in information systems, with a focus on project management.
- Demonstrated ability to participate in the technical implementations of multiple projects.
- Technical competence in IT systems and processes.
- Strong sense of ownership for managing end-to-end project development cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and push projects to completion with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
- Knowledge of information system urbanization principles and practices.
- Ability to lead projects involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of usual IT systems and tools: IDP, MDM, Datalake, Okta, Google Workspace, SCIM, SAML, import-export capabilities,
- Excellent communication skills in English (a strong French accent is acceptable).
- Experience coordinating efforts across multiple departments (e.g. IT, Finance, HR, Sales).
