**Sweep is hiring a **Customer Success & Carbon Exper**t to work on our enterprise climate programme software.**:

**Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?**:
As part of the Carbon team, you will help our customers along their climate journey using our SaaS tool - from how to measure and track greenhouse gas emissions, to setting reduction goals and reporting on progress towards a cleaner future.
To be more specific, this includes:
**1. Enable successful customer journeys**
- Support customers in the deployment and adoption of Sweep
- Help corporations map their organisation, set up efficient processes to import their data into Sweep, find the right emission factors, as well as organise and onboard stakeholders to collaboratively work on their footprint
- Execute project plans according to the Scope of Work, including monitoring project progress and timeline, and identifying and resolving issues to ensure project success
- Manage support requests from customers and escalate to managers as needed to solve problems fast and efficiently
- Collaborate with Sweep's data integration team members to set up automated data collection (i.e, the integration of customers' data sources into Sweep via data mapping and transformation rules)
**2. **Ensure quality and compliance**
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams at Sweep to suggest improvements to the software based on feedback from customers and/or your expertise
- Suggest updates to help maintain and update our emission factor database.
- Stay up-to-date with current carbon accounting best practices and promote internal awareness at Sweep
**4. Be a team citizen**
- Participate actively in the team meetings (standup, planning, etc)
- Act as a quality gate keeper for your team
- Collaborate on the technical design of significant features
**5. Become a Sweep ambassador**
- Participate in sales calls, showcasing the carbon expertise at Sweep
- Represent our mission externally, through active exchange with the carbon industry

**Qualifications**
- Advanced experience reading and developing scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon footprints
- Proven knowledge of reporting footprint standards (including the Greenhouse Gas Protocol), LCAs and navigating EF/LCA databases
- The ability to strengthen and defend Sweeps vision and tools
- A 360° vision of a corporate climate journeys and the challenges around net zero
- Practice with customer relationship management tools
