- Fluent French and English Speaker
- Good computer skills;
- Previous experience in contact with clients or technical support roles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility.
- **EU ID/Passport or Residency Card (MANDATORY )**
