Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to French-speaking clients: Assist clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met quickly, professionally, and effectively.
  • Solve client issues: Address customer concerns with clear, friendly, and efficient solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex client problems and provide seamless service.
  • Offer valuable insights for improvement: Gather and share feedback from your client interactions to help improve our services, products, and customer experience.
  • Go the extra mile: Strive to exceed client expectations and deliver outstanding customer experiences every time.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken): As you'll be interacting with French-speaking clients, fluency is a must.
  • Client-focused: You're passionate about delivering excellent service and resolving client issues effectively.
  • Great communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken French.
  • Problem-solving mindset: You approach challenges with creativity and a solution-driven attitude.
  • Experience in customer service (preferred but not essential): Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
  • Onsite role: Comfortable working in our Lisbon office and interacting directly with clients.
  • Tech-savvy: Able to navigate customer service platforms and eager to learn new tools.
