2 Définition du besoin et des services attendus (livrables)

Il est demandé au prestataire de fournir un support organisationnel et technique pour mettre en

œuvre une infrastructure permettant de déployer une solution comprenant les modules suivants:
Phase de cadrage présentant un SWOT des différents fournisseurs cloud avec un focus sur une

une approche budgétaire. (HPE)

Mise en place d’une plateforme de Machine Learning production ready, avec un premier

projet pilote. Incluant la documentation technique des livrables.

Gouvernance cloud sur les aspects conseils et organisationnel. (HPE)

Plateforme ML (Machine Learning, Deep Learning et MLOps) s’appuyant sur Databricks.

Formation des équipes techniques et data sur l’exploitation des services et de l’administration
