Oliver Wyman is unique in that our associates and engagement managers focus within a practice group, bringing our clients relevant expertise throughout the project team. We are hiring strategy consultants directly into our Pricing, Sales and Marketing practice to strengthen our team.

**PRACTICE OVERVIEW: PRICING, SALES & MARKETING**

Oliver Wyman’s Pricing, Sales and Marketing Practice works across all industries and verticals to address optimizing the commercial levers today, creating new propositions and enabling organizations to achieve both. We partner with clients who wish to make bold improvements to their top-line and margin growth.

**THE ROLE**

The Associate or Engagement Manager position offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with significant prior experience.

**_ ENGAGEMENT MANAGERS_** are the on-scene leaders who run our projects day to day. You will lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought process through convergence on a solution. You will ensure that recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive. It’s a role that demands thought leadership at the strategic level - and command of all the technical and operational details of execution. You will need great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.

**Responsibilities across the Associate and Engagement Manager role includes**:

- Managing the execution of individual project modules; developing hypotheses and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, and surfacing insights
- Supporting our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality project execution
- Owning and developing executive client relationships and presenting to a wide range of audiences
- Management of junior team; effectively providing leverage for the senior project staff

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 4-10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or other similar organizations)
- Natural problem-solving mindset
- Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and oral communication); confidence in presenting to senior executives
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
- Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in French and English is required
