Are you a result-oriented and motivated individual, passionate about real estate and eager to develop your analytical skills in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a Transaction Intern to join our team in France. Based in Paris, you will work within an international and diverse team, providing key analytical support for transactions and portfolio management in the French market. You will report to the Transactions Manager, playing an essential role in supporting our position as the market leader in last-mile real estate.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the analysis and evaluation of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, ensuring alignment with Mileway’s strategic goals.
- Assist in identifying and assessing potential properties and transactions all over France, providing data-driven insights to aid decision-making.
- Identify potential investment opportunities through networking, broker relationships, online platforms, and internal databases.
- Help coordinate transaction execution by collaborating with legal, finance, asset management, and research teams.
- Contribute to due diligence processes by working with external consultants (brokers, legal, technical and environmental firms).
- Assist in preparing and presenting transaction reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity of data.
- Provide support for market and financial analyses to inform strategic decisions related to the French portfolio.
- Update and maintain transaction databases, pipelines, and trackers to ensure data accuracy.

**Qualifications**
- Pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in real estate, finance, business, economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate real estate data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-starter with a proactive, “can-do” mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and report preparation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Knowledge or previous exposure to the real estate or logistics sector is a plus.
