You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**
- Defining Animations & training module creation around the latest trends
- Managing around 20 Brands plus in your portfolio
- Follow-up on Brands negotiation for all local & EME Beauty Masters & Brand Campus
- Work closely together with our Stakeholders such as Marketing/Offer/Negotiation team
- Following up on KPI’s with the Brands
- Integration of Sephora Collection tools in our animation learning pieces

- Skilled in negotiation and coordination
- Experienced with a wide range of beauty brands
- An engaging facilitator with a knack for organizing Train-the-Trainer sessions
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative

- Able to contribute to optimizing 360° learning strategies for brands and animations

- Concevoir des animations impactantes et développer des modules de formation autour des dernières tendances
- Gérer un portefeuille diversifié de plus de 20 marques
- Suivre les négociations marques pour les Beauty Masters & Brand Campus locaux et EME
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes clés : Marketing, Offre et Négociation
- Suivre et analyser les KPI des marques
- Intégrer les outils Sephora Collection dans nos contenus de formation animation
