**REGIONAL RMO LEAD**

**Summary**:
Leads the development and execution of internal business initiatives, strategies, or programs to support the resource management function.

Responsible for overseeing the resource management function on a regional scale, primarily focused on optimizing resource allocation, capacity planning, and utilization across various teams and geographies. Ensures projects are efficiently staffed and meet deadlines while optimizing allocations by strategically managing available global resources.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- _Resource Planning and Forecasting_ - Analyzes future project demands, identifies resource gaps, and proactively plans for necessary staffing levels across different regions
- _ Resource Allocation_ - Assigns global consultants to projects based on their skills, availability, career goals, and project requirements, considering regional differences and global priorities
- _ Capacity Management_ - Monitors resource utilization, identifies bottlenecks, and takes corrective actions to maintain optimal capacity across teams
- _ Stakeholder Management_ - Collaborates with senior leadership, Consulting, Business Development, Project Managers, Channels & Alliances, Partner Services, and HR teams to align resource needs with business objectives and strategic goals
- _ Performance Monitoring_ - Tracks key resource metrics (e.g., utilization, realization, overallocation, project delays) and working with the PMO and BD teams to ensure timely data
- _ Process Improvement_ - Identifies opportunities for streamlining resource management operations and drives implementation of initiatives related to these opportunities
- _ Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing _- Implements standards and best practices to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across global consulting

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Proven experience in resource management with a strong understanding of resource management methodologies
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills to assess resource performance and identify areas for optimization
- Strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams across different regions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Vendor management experience working with partners, including GSIs and cross-border partners
- Facilitating enablement and engagement of third-party resources
- Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) preferred
