**Position Overview**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for 24/7 and 5/8 shift coverage for data center operations, ensuring compliance with service SLAs and response timelines
- Oversee and execute scheduled tasks, incidents, and temporary work orders
- Identify operational risks and lead continuous improvement of EOP (Emergency Operating Procedures)
- Independently execute SOP-based work orders and contribute to ongoing optimization of process quality and efficiency
- Lead by example in building a stable, reliable, and efficient team
- Coordinate cross-functional projects using structured project management tools and methodologies
- Drive operational excellence and exceed delivery expectations
**Qualifications**
- Associate degree or above (or equivalent), in Computer Science or related fields
- 3+ years of industry experience in IT infrastructure or data center operations
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience
- French + English OR French + Chinese required
**Skills & Attributes**
- Strong hands-on skills in IT infrastructure and data center operations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 3,500.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month
