**About the role**
- Our Soda Ash & Derivatives Business Intelligence Team, composed of 6 people, is working on close cooperation with the Strategy and Commercial departments and focuses on providing market, competitor, customer, and trend analysis to support the definition of the global strategy and the commercial targets.
- As a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern, you will work on market research, data analysis, and tool development to support the team. You will get the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and have a positive impact on the global soda ash business.
- You will be accountable for:

- Supporting commercial campaign follow-up.
- Analyzing global soda ash supply/demand, including market data, economic environment, and future scenarios (short, mid, and long-term).
- Conducting deep-dives into specific end-markets, customers, and competitors.
- Performing customer profitability analysis.
- Conducting ad-hoc research.
- Developing and maintaining market intelligence databases.
- Developing and maintaining the demand model.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of COPAG (Commercial Profitability Analysis Global).
- Contributing to the development of a market dynamics tool (project).
- We offer an internship (6 months) contract based in Aubervilliers, France. Your internship will ideally begin mid-March.

**About you**
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in a Master Degree quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Relevant work experience in data analysis or market research is a plus.
- Competencies:

- Data management and mining skills.
- Financial controlling background.
- Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Suite (documents, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Fluent English.
- Behaviors:

- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.

- Internship compensation between €800 and €1200 depends on your level of education.
