**Entreprise** : Forty Consulting recrute pour son client, un acteur incontournable dans le domaine maritime, groupe international présent dans le monde entier et réalisant des projets de grande envergure.

**Mission et responsabilités**:
Vous aurez pour mission la gestion de tous les aspects d’un projet, tout en appliquant la stratégie d’entreprise et en atteignant les objectifs fixés par la Direction Générale.

Rattaché au Responsable du département Chartering vos missions principales sont les suivantes:

- HSE : veiller à ce que le développement des systèmes de gestion HSE soit mis en œuvre et régulièrement revu tout au long de la vie du projet. Identifier les risques et les dangers avant le démarrage de toute activité.
- Participer aux Appels d’Offres en apportant votre expertise technique.
- Vous assurer de la satisfaction client : contrôler le respect des délais, gérer l’avancement du projet et valider que celui-ci est en phase avec le cahier des charges / le contrat.
- Coordonner tous les intervenants internes et externes impliqués dans la réalisation du projet.
- Participer aux réunions clients, gérer et coordonner les équipes et la supply chain.
- Gérer toutes les phases du projet et vous assurer que les livraisons sont effectuées dans les délais.
- Préparer les reporting hebdomadaires et mensuels pour la Direction et le client (conformément au contrat).
- Préparer et approuver les états financiers mensuels des performances du projet.
- Vous assurer que tous les risques liés au projet sont connus et maitrisés (tout au long de la vie du projet).
- Vous assurer de la rentabilité des projets et de la maîtrise des coûts : interactions fréquentes avec le département commercial et suivi de tous les sous-traitants.

**Profil et compétences**:

- De formation de type Ingénieur ou équivalent avec une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans un environnement similaire (maritime, Offshore, international).
- Vous faites preuve de leadership, de rigueur, de curiosité et d’esprit de synthèse.
- Vous êtes en capacité de responsabiliser les équipes et de prendre de la hauteur sur les projets.
- Vous disposez d’un bon relationnel et d’une bonne capacité à communiquer avec des interlocuteurs très différents.
- Votre anglais est courant.
