**Finalité du poste**:
The Risk Management and QHSE Support Lead is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization’s operations, reputation, and financial stability. This role involves developing and implementing risk management strategies, conducting regular risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

This role involves managing the Quality Management Systems (QMS) platforms to ensure they are effectively supporting the organization’s objectives.

Your essential duties and responsibilities are as follows:
**Risk Management**
- Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify potential risks that may affect the organization and assess their impact and likelihood.
- Identify and assess potential risks related to quality, health, safety, environment, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Manage the Project Portfolio of risks outside the QHSE perimeter.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement risk management policies and protocols to mitigate identified risks
- Risk Monitoring: Conduct periodic risk assessments and audits to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness of risk management strategies.
- Risk governance: propose risk governance process and ownership.
- Collaboration: Work with various departments to create a unified risk management strategy. Support risk management programs.
- Reporting: Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Training: Conduct training programs for staff to ensure understanding of risk management processes and responsibilities.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance and maintain certifications.
- Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external and internal auditors and manage audit processes
- Contingency Planning: Assist in the development of business continuity plans and disaster recovery procedures.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and developments in risk management.
- Crisis management: define standards and steer crisis management process. Connection with Limagrain Group. Contact person for risk related topics.

**QHSE Support**
- QMS Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) platforms, ensuring they are effectively supporting the organization’s quality objectives.
- Key performance indicators: develop data strategy and KPIs.
- Reporting: Prepare and present QHSE performance reports to senior management and stakeholders including annual QHSE management review.

- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Risk Management
- Experience in conducting internal audits and risk assessments.
- Certification in risk management or QHSE Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Fluent in English, additional language appreciated (Spanish)
