**Responsibilities**:

- Active selling of our artworks according to the targets set for the location
- A first-class and dedicated advice to our customers
- You ensure a unique visiting and buying experience with the little stories behind the artwork
- Dealing with our customers' concerns after purchase
- Assist with hanging, managing deliveries, managing inventory.
- We live multi-channel: you will also support our customers online with chat and video advice, always providing the best service
- Collaboration in the organization of our diverse events such as vernissages and artist talks
- Co-responsibility for ensuring the processes of unpacking, checking and packing of exhibits
- Supporting the Gallery Manager in the preparation and reporting of sales statistics for the gallery
- Assisting in the recruitment of new colleagues
- Induction of new employees
- Supporting staff scheduling and time recording in close cooperation with the Gallery Manager
- We love multi-channel: You'll be available online to provide our customers with the best service through chat and video consultation

**Profile**:

- You have already acquired several years of experience in retail, you advise and sell with passion and therefore have a high presence in the gallery space
- You bring at least 2 years of experience as a deputy manager with you
- We don't require any prior knowledge of the art market, your personality counts
- You have great sales and communications skills
- You have a confident, style-conscious appearance
- You bring hands-on mentality and a proactive work ethic
- You are passionate about for providing excellent customer service
- You can manage different tasks in a structured way without losing the overview
- High degree of engagement and the willingness to familiarize yourself with a new environment
- You can also take on administrative tasks in a structured manner during quiet hours and maintain an overview of the situation
- You see the after-sales support of our customers as a great opportunity for customer loyalty
