As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a critical domain end-to-end — working across underwriting, submission intake, risk scoring, or claim automation — and lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, explainable, and resilient. You’ll be a product leader in our mission to unlock faster decisions, greater operational efficiency, and lower cost of risk for our clients. This role is ideal for a senior builder who thrives at the intersection of insurance domain complexity, platform design, and AI-enabled automation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own the roadmap and lifecycle for one or more core platform domains — such as submission ingestion, AI underwriting assistance, digital risk processing, or broker connectivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, solutions engineers, marketing, and customer success to bring products to market, drive adoption, and refine value propositions.
- Evangelize the product vision, both internally and externally, and lead customer discovery sessions, pilot initiatives, and validation loops with underwriters, brokers, and technical buyers.
- Deeply understand insurer workflows, regulatory considerations, and specialty line nuances — and use that knowledge to guide product design and delivery priorities.
- Partner with Engineering to design and ship scalable, explainable, and automated workflows that bring measurable improvements in underwriting accuracy, quote turnaround, policy ops throughput and claim management.
- Shape the AI and data strategy for your domain, working with teams to define the training data, quality signals, validation metrics, and user feedback loops needed to deploy AI models safely and effectively.

**Who you are**:

- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally in insurance or workflow-heavy domains.
- Experience leading AI/ML-powered products from concept through to launch, especially where human-in-the-loop decisioning and regulatory constraints are involved.
- Proven experience mentoring junior PMs, with the ability to inspire and drive accountability.
- Strong road mapping skills and ability to translate new customer initiatives into global product improvements.
- Comfortable with technical conversations around APIs, system architecture, AI model integration, and rules engines.
- Data-informed and customer-obsessed. Able to analyze behavioral metrics, design experiments, and run deep user interviews with non-technical stakeholders.
