Compliance Advisory/digital Finance and Resilience

Role description

As a credit institution and global CCP, LCH SA is heavily regulated from a resilience and cyber point of view. As such, it has to comply with various set of regulations such as EMIR provisions, the Arrêté du 3 Novembre, the ESMA and EBA guidelines related to Cloud, CFTC systems safeguard requirements, SEC SCI regulation etc. and will have to comply with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Key responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the senior advisor in charge IT and security, the advisor will be required to:
1. Ensure ongoing compliance with all IT & Cyber regulations and provide advisory support as and when needed,

2. Ensure relationships with regulators in relation to projects falling in his perimeter notably by preparing regulatory submissions, annual reports and follow up of regulatory interactions and queries,

3. Coordinate regulatory inspections and closure of corresponding recommendations,

4. Provide expertise on regulations/texts on IT & security, ensure proper awareness from IT & Cyber first
- and second-line teams and ensure the required changes are being adequately implemented. This will also cover the implementation of new regulation (eg DORA) and provide support to Public Affairs in relation to upcoming texts.

5. Represent compliance in the internal governance.

6 More generally participate to compliance transversal tasks and report to the senior advisor on main issues and risks on his/her perimeter. He/she will replace the senior advisor when needed

**Qualifications**:

- A 10 years’ experience preferably in financial institutions with expertise of risks and regulations related to digital finance, resilience, and cyber security as well as outsourcing to third party providers. A good general knowledge of EMIR and regulations applicable to credit institution will be a plus.
- A proven experience in program/project management, notably in implementation of new regulations
- Strong relationship management, interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
- Rigorous and control oriented
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Sound judgment and strategic thinking skills
- English work experience
