At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won’t find anywhere else. We are looking for an **QCS Coordinator (M/F)** who can join our multicultural team in Paris. You will have the opportunity for international travel.

To be accountable of Project Quality Control Surveillance (QCS) activities assigned, in order to achieve the supply conformity against the contractual requirements during the Purchase Order execution, in terms of delivery date and manufacturing quality.

**The role and responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Define the expediting and inspection levels according to the Criticality Analysis provided by the Project.
- Evaluate, jointly with QCS Lead, the need for additional resources to properly execute QCS Project activities
- Ensuring that all necessary documentation to perform QCS activities are timely available.
- Prepare QCS Execution Plan and Organize Project QCS Kick-Off Meeting.
- Ensuring that Expeditors or Inspectors / 3rd Party Agency follow QCS Project specifications.
- Approve all the documents / reports prepared by the QCS Section as per approval course
- Attending QCS recurrent meetings called by Project Procurement Manager.
- Support Project Procurement Manager in Liquidated Damages definition, jointly with QCS Lead
- Defining with the Project Team and in cooperation with the Inspectors, any modification to the inspection/expediting level and any mitigation program and/or recovery plan, in order to ensure the contractual requirement in terms on delivery date and manufacturing quality.
- Supervise every critical situation that may affect the materials quality and delivery date
- Review Inspection Test Plan with the short listed bidders during the negotiation phase
- Organizing and attending meetings at Supplier (and/or Sub-supplier) premises and/or in TechnipFMC offices with Expeditors or Inspectors.
- Keeping the correct relationship with Project / Client, including the preparation and issuing of the defined summary reports.
- Managing the man-hours budget assigned on the project, including the agreement with the Project Team of any modification based on scope of work changing.
- Support QCS Lead to improve and implement Project organizational / operational procedures

**You are meant for this job if you have**:

- Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Operational English.
- Strong mobility and leadership attitude.

**Nice to have**:

- Master’s Degree in Engineering.
- Past experiences in quality control activities at workshop.
- Other foreign language.
