**Project Procurement and Subcontract Manager**

At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won’t find anywhere else. We are looking for a **Project Procurement & Subcontract Manager - Subsea (M/F) **who can join our multicultural team in Paris.

**Job description**

Within the Procurement & Subcontract Department, you will directly report to the Procurement & Subcontract Director, and will be allocated to one (or several depending on scope) projects or tenders.

Main responsibilities:
During the proposal phase, you will be in charge of cost estimation of all equipment and subcontracted services necessary for the smooth execution of the project.

During the contract execution phase, integrated into the project team, you will manage a team of Purchasers, QCS coordinators and Sub-Contracting Engineers allocated to the project. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Manage the Procurement & Subcontract function in the project, monitor hours, budgets, planning, Vendor Non-Conformances, interface with Procurement & Subcontract Director and GSP (Global Sourcing & Procurement) functions from initiation of Project life to final closure
- Be the relay of Procurement & Subcontract Director to enforce processes/policies/validations as per Entity and Group standards
- Establish Supply Chain strategy for the project as per “project Initiation” guideline in organizing budget allocations for main scopes and mobilization of the team throughout project execution
- Participate to Project meetings and department meetings
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting both internally and for client
- Liaise with all functions on the project to ensure smooth coordination / adequate support (Engineering, Packages, Operations, Project control, Quality, HSE, Transport, Contract )
- Manage the Procurement & Subcontract team on the project, whose members are in charge of specific scopes in link with Engineering and Operational functions:

- Managing relations, auditing and assessing the companies.
- Preparing Request For Quotations as per the technical specifications
- Getting the offers analyzed by the various services and compare them;
- Negotiating the technical and commercial conditions.
- Advising the company on project management in accordance with costs and installation planning et sea.
- Awarding the Purchase order and/or subcontract and finalizing the contract documents
- Managing the Purchase order and/or subcontract by ensuring that the companies respect their duties; in line with the series of operations at sea.
- Managing the disputes / claims of the companies until the contracts closure;
- Assessing the companies at the end of the project and provide feedback to the Subsea Procurement & Subcontract Department.
- Providing reports to the Project and Procurement & Subcontract team.
- As a manager, you will be involved directly in negotiations of main/critical PO/sub-contracts or dispute resolutions.
