**What your day-to-day will look like**:
Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring optimal operation and longevity.
Perform diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or adjustments.
Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns and maximize system efficiency.
Assist in installing new HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure safe and effective resolution of facilities issues.
Maintain records of work performed, including parts used, inspections, and preventive maintenance logs.
Leverage innovative ways of working to improve processes and enhance service delivery for our clients.
**Required Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC or related field.
Minimum of two years' experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
EPA Section 608 Technician Certification (Universal or Type I & II).
Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in HVAC operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Commitment to continued professional development and learning.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Associate degree in HVAC technology or related field.
Four or more years' experience in a commercial HVAC environment.
Experience working with building automation systems and energy management controls.
Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Demonstrated ability to embrace innovative strategies for improving operational efficiency.
Previous experience in a global or multinational corporate setting a plus.
Demonstrated passion for sustainable practices and energy efficiency.
