A prestigious Family Office in Monaco is seeking a Junior Accountant to support the daily operations of their finance team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Among other tasks the accounting assistant will be responsible for:

- Posting, updating and maintaining an accounting database
- Serving as a resource for the accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Ensuring integrity of financial information by conducting database backups
- Assisting the team with payments related tasks and bank reconciliations
- Preparing and executing payment instructions (enter details in the system, prepare instructions on paper or online, get approvals)
- Preparing/interpreting financial summaries and providing reports to managers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Assisting with special projects occasionally

**SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) preferable in finance or accounting
- 1 or 2 years of experience in accounting relevant role (internships included)
- Fluent English, French is a plus
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professionalism
