**Job Description**:
As a Product Manager User Growth **Apprentice**, you will work closely with our product management and growth teams to develop, implement, and refine strategies aimed at acquiring and activating users. This role is an entry-level position with a focus on learning and contributing to our company's growth initiatives. You will gain valuable experience in product management, data analysis, and marketing techniques while working under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

You will work collaboratively with product people, user researchers, data analysts, engineers, UX designers and marketing specialists, to deliver the best experience from sign-up to launch. Your goal will be to drive strong decision-marketing and optimize users' journeys according to acquisition channels (organic, paid etc) through quantitative results and AB testing, and qualitative research and customer insights.

**What you will do**:
Product Discovery
- Collaborate with User research teams to Collect and analyze user feedback
- Collect and analyze feedback from users, understand markets and competition in depth.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, identifying standard features, best practices and gaps.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

Product Delivery
- Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, set sprint goals & prioritize your backlog long with the Engineering Manager
- Follow progress of work and address development issues during sprints
- Participate in all Agile rituals with your squad: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospective, demo.
- Participate in the performance analysis and Assist in A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and user onboarding.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to define a go-to-market plan.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for technology and a strong interest in digital products and user experiences.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Enthusiasm for product management and user growth concepts.
- Working proficiency in English.
