Community Specialist Paris

**In short**:
We are looking for a Community Specialist to join our Key City Marketing Team in Paris. Your mission is to drive the local market initiatives - creating meaningful relationships and partnerships that position On at the heart of the running community. You will be responsible for all local community initiatives and partnership activation - helping grow On's fan base and connection with runners and our wider movement communities. You are a true brand ambassador, consistently driving engagement with the brand and are deeply connected to what is happening within our community. The role reports into the Paris Marketing Lead and will work cross-functionally with the wider France Marketing, Tech Rep, and Retail teams, as well as EMEA Community and Events teams.

**Your Mission**:

- Connect and ignite the brand with run crews, clubs and groups - creating relationships as an authentic part of their communities
- Build and manage the ambassador program, owning the ambassador activation calendar and driving community outreach
- Launch and manage the On Run Club - scaling club growth inline with ambitious plans
- Build key strategic partnerships with key city focus, helping grow brand awareness and engage with a new audience
- Own our local Right to Run initiatives and programs with key charity and social partners that help ignite the power of the human spirit - helping make running accessible to all and giving people the space to dream
- Support with local event delivery across logistics, programming and activation - from On events such as On Track Nights to sponsored races, expos and conceptual brand moments
- Work closely with DTC and Retail team, connecting communities with our brand spaces - supporting with programming and activation

- Highly engaged and connected member of the Paris running community
- A deep understanding of running culture and an expert on the clubs, crews and running groups within the City
- An understanding of what it takes to build and grow a community - ideally with first hand experience
- Experience in organising events and/or large community group runs
- Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset - naturally curious, creative problem solver and action orientated
- Highly organised with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Excellent relationship building skills - both externally and internally across teams and managing external partners
