Emea Retail Marketing Manager

As an ingredient brand, Intel's co-marketing efforts with and through retailers are essential to our go-to-market strategy and key to hitting our marketing objectives. In this role you'll join a team of committed, expert marketers to drive engagements with key retailers across EMEA.
Responsible for worldwide marketing strategies, product positioning and messages which are executed globally which deliver against Corporate Brand and business unit sales goals.
Responsibilities can be in a wide variety of marketing areas including: brand marketing, assessment of potential markets, product life cycle planning, coordination of technical product development, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities, event management, and product launch.
Activities may include developing and executing company market requirements for specific product(s), product line(s) or brands.
**Qualifications**:
- Good understanding of commercial compliance and governance. Custodian of Intel values and culture
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, either independently or in a team
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and outgoing with self-assurance to deal with tough problems/situations
- Strong communication and influencing skills. Fluent in both verbal and written English, with the ability to adapt style and content appropriately for the audience.
- Teamwork - Ability to work well and collaborate with others to achieve results.
- Strong attention to detail with great time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks efficiently while meeting assigned deadlines (program, project and resource management)
- Solid understanding of Retail Marketing would be an advantage
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Relevant experience in Sales and Marketing with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or an MBA.
- Demonstrable experience in managing B2C marketing campaigns, working with retailers
- Strong digital marketing skills and Consumer Retail business acumen
- Preferable to be fluent in French

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
