Tasks
**As a key member of our team, you will**:

- Deliver exceptional technical services to our clients onsite, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to execute schedules, aligning with client needs and Azurreo’s objectives.
- Coordinate technical and logístical details with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Install, test, and troubleshoot hardware and systems in diverse environments.
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Document your work by producing accurate and timely service reports.
- Follow company protocols and share knowledge with your team to foster innovation and excellence.
- Adapt to client requirements and provide technical briefings and recommendations as needed.

**Requirements**:
We want someone who is resourceful, adaptable, and eager to take on challenges.
**Education & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, Bac +3) in a technical field.
- Strong technical expertise in:

- Linux and Windows systems.
- HP servers and telecommunications technologies.
- GSM networks (2G, 3G, 4G).

**Travel & Flexibility**:

- French nationality or valid visa allowing international travel (European residence permits restricted to the EU are not sufficient).
- Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on weekends, to meet project needs.

**Experience & Attributes**:

- Proven success in a field service role.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing schedules.
