We are seeking a seasoned **IT Project Manager / Consultant** to support one of Europe’s leading dairy manufacturers in driving strategic sustainability programs. This role will be primarily focused on **Product Carbon Footprint (PCF)** initiatives and **Supplier Decarbonization** programs across the supply chain.

You will work at the intersection of sustainability, supply chain operations, and data-driven project execution, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact programs aligned with the company’s environmental goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage end-to-end sustainability-focused projects, particularly around product carbon footprint and supplier decarbonization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, supply chain, procurement, and external vendors to align on project goals and execution.
- Develop project plans, define milestones, and track performance to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze and interpret sustainability and supply chain data to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate sustainability standards.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years** of experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
- Strong background in **IT project management** with exposure to supply chain operations.
- General knowledge of **sustainability practices**, **carbon accounting**, and **decarbonization strategies**.
- Familiarity with **Product Carbon Footprint (PCF)** methodologies and standards.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- **Proficiency in French** is a strong asset; English is mandatory.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of data platforms and reporting tools used for environmental metrics.
- Previous consulting experience in sustainability or supply chain transformation.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
