In order to deploy our new SAP systems in all our Business Areas and / or subsidiaries, the SAP Project Team is looking for **Purchasing, Logistics and Production specialists experimented on SAP as a Key user**s to join our Roll out teams.

**What is So One Program?** It is Somfy Group’s transformation program aiming at deploying one model for operational excellence, implementing harmonized business processes based on a new IT platform (with SAP solutions).

**What is a Roll-out Team?** It is a team of business specialists deploying the Group’s new processes and new ERP in all entities, making the link between local teams and So One core project team. Roll-outs will start in 2021. 4 roll-out teams will support the ambitious and dense roll-out plan.

Inside your area of expertise, the missions are:
**Preparation**:_(30% on site during the month before the Kick-Off)_
- Prepare the functional core model material regarding the BA/BU scope
- Contribute to the kick-off preparation
- Contribute to the execution of the upstream trainings (General Training / New Ways of Working)

**Fit analysis and local design**:_(50% on site)_
- On his functional scope, drive the fit analysis by explaining the core model to the local teams, with the support of the SME team
- Collect, challenge and qualify potential gaps between the requirements and the core model
- Collect and qualify the change impacts of not doing the gaps to feed the arbitration process
- Contribute to the gap arbitration process and support the decision in front of the local teams
- Contribute to the local design in support of the SAP solution/localization teams

**Build and integration test (realization)**:_(30% on site)_
- Supports local Key Users (BA, BU) to provide necessary business inputs to set up the solution
- Supports local Key Users (BA, BU) and the central staff to adapt the core testing kit to prepare the integration tests
- Contribute to the integration testing with the support of the central staff
- Train Local KU (Business process and tools)
- Supports local Key Users to perform Data Migration

**UAT and go-live preparation**:_(75% on site)_
- Supports local Key Users (BA, BU) and the central staff to adapt the core testing kit to prepare the User Acceptance tests
- Support Local Key Users (BA, BU) within the UAT with the support of the central staff
- Contribute to the cutover plan execution
- Support local Key Users to perform Process and Tools training execution

**Hypercare (support)**:_(75% on site)_
- Support Local teams the first weeks after the go-live
- Contribute to the incidents management, to Core Central Staff
- Capitalize and enrich deployment documentation to improve next Roll Out.

**Qualifications**:

- You have a strong experience in a SAP environment
- Leadership abilities to migrate on a standardized process
- Communication skills
- Internationally Mobile
- Fluent in English
