**Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People team in Paris.**
**About the role \uD83D\uDDA5️**:
- Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Director, Elisa, you will join a team of 3 recruiters fully dedicated to talent acquisition for Vestiaire Collective all around the world. You will recruit interns, apprenticeships and long term contracts all over the world for all kind of positions.
- You will be in charge of the internal communication from the newsletter, sharing in our TV our updates and helping on the events part.
- You love being considered a builder, thrive under autonomy and love making things happen You are passionate about recruitment and want to be part of an unicorn. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our positions based in our Paris, Berlin, New York, Singapore or Hong Kong offices. **What you will do \uD83D\uDC5C**:
- Source, coach & nurture the best profiles for Vestiaire
- Build your own strategy to grow solid pipelines to catch the best profiles
- Talent acquisition is not a transaction (only) exercise to you.
- Assess them to select excellence
- Being a close partner to your dedicated stakeholders.
- Employer brand: working closely with our impact team and our creativity factory for creating all the needed contents internally and externally in order to communicate and shine.
- Internal communication: Working closely with our Work Place Experience team to ensure the events globally
- Ad hoc projects: following up all the data to be sure we are on track, how we can improve our recruitment process.
**Who you are**:
- You thrive and excel in a fast-paced and delivery driven environment

- You can demonstrate excellent communication and influential skills in English.
- We believe that this would translate into 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or inhouse) and/ or internal communication
