You are joining the Green & Sustainable Hub (GSH) team as an Originator, within a dynamic group of forty employees in direct contact with our clients. In this team, we are committed to meeting the needs of the Banque Populaire (BP) and the Caisse d'Épargne (CE) in terms of green and sustainable finance, in continuity with the expertise and values of the GSH in terms of integrity, innovation and sustainable development. On a daily basis, you will have the following tasks: - Originate and structure bespoke green and sustainable finance products and solutions for ETI and public sector clients in BP and CE; < - Develop a strategic dialogue on green and sustainable issues with clients, accompanying them in their CSR journey; Animate an incubation mechanism to train collaborators in the origination of sustainable financing and more generally in the ecosystem of green and sustainable finance; - Provide technical support to the development of the standardized “Green & Sustainable” product offering for BP and CE clients; - Contribute to reflections on the impact measurement and ESG structuring of the group and its financing tools. As an Originator, you will participate in the upskilling and development of Sustainable Finance expertise within the BP and CE networks, in collaboration with the teams from GSH, Offer & Development and Group Impact. You will also be the GSH’s privileged contact for the BPCE network. You master: - Technical issues in terms of the environment, carbon impact and CSR; - The French territorial economic fabric; - Steering and project management; - The analysis of risks, opportunities and the design of business pitches. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are: - Autonomous, able to take on responsibilities and lead projects; - Able to work in multitasking, driven by innovation and business acumen; - Endowed with a team spirit and oriented towards customer relationship; - Available for travel to France. You master English with a B2 level.
